STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Have your guest create an account here

 

2) Book your guest into class when you book yourself

  • You’ll need their email address and date of birth

3) Already booked your class? No problem — you can go back in and add your guest after

  • Open the class schedule

  • Choose the desired class

  • Select "BOOK AGAIN", and then "BOOK GUEST ONLY"

  • Follow steps above

The Fine Print:

  • To guarantee a spot for your guest in class, they must have a reservation

  • Guest reservations are subject to capacity limitations

  • If guest does not have a reservation, we may not be able to accommodate them in class

  • Guest reservations are subject to the studio's cancelation policy

  • If you booked a guest for class, you are responsible for ensuring their reservation is cancelled

  • Guest bookings are not automatically cancelled when you cancel your own reservation

  • Your guest is allowed to use the guest pass to attend class without you

  • You must ensure that guest logs into their account and cancels their reservation via this link.

  • Guest pass may only be used for regularly scheduled classes

  • Guest pass is not valid for sauna, workshops, private sessions or special events
  • Please ensure guest has an account with The Woods prior to arrival
  • Guest passes are included with select memberships
  • Class packs are not shareable and may only be used by the account holder
  • Guests who are introduced to The Woods by attending class as your guest do not count toward the Referral Program
