How It Works:

1. Share your referral link

• Find your unique referral link in your Momence dashboard and send it to your friend.

• You can access your dashboard here.

• They must create their account using this link.

2. Your friend gets a free class, on us!

• Once your friend creates a Woods Yoga account, they'll receive 1 free class credit

• Credit is valid for regular classes only

• Credit expires 14 days from date of referral

3. You get $10 in rewards

• If your friend makes a qualifying purchase within 30 days, you’ll receive:

• $10 in rewards credits (expires in 30 days)

• Qualifying purchases are limited to 14 Days for $49 Intro Package or Annual or Seasonal Memberships only.

• Class Packs, Month to Month subscriptions, and any other packages do not qualify.

The Fine Print:

​

• A referral only counts if the Friend creates their account using the Referrer’s unique referral link.

• Referrals created by any other method (e.g., guest pass, manual account creation, direct booking without the link, staff-created accounts, or using a different email/phone) are ineligible. 

• Friend must be brand new to The Woods i.e. no existing account on file, no previous visit or purchase. This is strictly for friends you introduce to The Woods and subsequently create an account.

• Note that using your guest pass to bring a friend does not count toward Referral Program

• Referrals that create duplicate accounts will be void and are ineligible. 

• Referrals may not be applied retroactively.

• The Woods Yoga may modify, pause, or end the Program at any time. 

• To be eligible for Referral Rewards credits, referring friend must be an active member in good standing (Annual or Seasonal Unlimited or Mini Members only).

Step-by-Step Instructions:

 

For Members (Referrers):

• Grab your unique referral link (from your account dashboard or in the momence app)

• Send the link directly to your friend (text works best).

• Remind your friend: they must create their account using your link for the free class to apply.

• Once they create the account, they’ll receive 1 free class credit that expires in 14 days.

• If your friend purchases an Intro Package or becomes a member within 30 days, you’ll receive $10 rewards credit (expires 30 days after it hits your account).

For Friends (New Clients):

• Click the referral link from your friend.

• Create your account (same email/phone you’ll use going forward).

• Your free class credit will be applied to your account.

• Book a regularly scheduled class and use the credit at checkout.

• Take the class within 14 days of creating the account (credit expires).

• If you love it, purchase the Intro Package or become a member within 30 days of your referral date and your friends get rewarded!​
