For a seamless booking experience, once you've created your Woods Yoga account, download the momence app, available in the app store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/momence/id1577856009)and on google play.(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ribbon.mobileApp&hl=en_US&gl=US&pli=1) Your same login credentials will work in the app and our website. Please have your momence push notifications enabled on your phone so that we can directly notify you of any class cancelations or changes. If you download the app first and then create your account in the app, you won't be linked to The Woods and will have to follow the steps under the tab below called "I created an account in momence, but it's not showing my passes or anything related to The Woods." The momence app does have limitations and is best for quick actions like purchasing and reserving classes, or buying gift cards. You can send us messages through the app and we can also share pertinent studio info via the app through push notifications (again, be sure you have those turned on in your phone settings, you don't want to miss a class cancelation or special promos) . For full account access, the desktop site is more robust and is fully optimized to be used on mobile devices. Momence is the platform behind our class booking experience. Previously, we used MindBody and made the switch to momence in June 2023. ​ Existing accounts were automatically transferred to momence and everyone with a Woods Yoga account in MindBody was sent an email with instructions to access their momence account. If you had an account with us prior to June 2023, it was migrated to the new system, momence. If you created a new account in momence instead of resetting your password, your account is not linked to The Woods as a host business. This will associate your account with The Woods and you will be able to view your passes and book classes.
