Class Schedule

• You must pre-register to reserve your spot in class. 

• During Phase III Re-Opening RI, walk-ins are not permitted.

• Late arrivals are not permitted.

• Reservations for IN-STUDIO classes may be made a maximum of 5 days in advance. 

• IN-STUDIO and OUTDOOR classes must have a minimum of THREE people registered at least TWO hours before the start of class. If fewer than THREE people are registered, class will be cancelled. For early morning classes (5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am), we will require THREE people registered by 9pm the night prior.
