No two journeys are ever the same. Each session Lauren leads takes on its own energy—new sounds, new movement, new lighting, and a new theme to meet the moment. This round, the focus is on turning the bad into good—finding purpose in life’s challenges and remembering that even the hardest experiences can serve your highest good.
For ninety minutes, Lauren will guide a steady blend of gentle somatic movement, mindful breathing, and optional hands-on healing—woven together with coaching prompts and reflections to help you shift perspective and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Expect simple, instinctive patterns that invite shaking, sighing, yawning, and unwinding—the kind of release you feel in your jaw, shoulders, and belly. You’ll move, you’ll rest, and you might laugh or cry. Everything is welcome here.
This is a safe, judgment-free space where vulnerability is not only allowed—it’s encouraged. We’re all in it together, learning to soften, release, and come home to ourselves.
