Life happens, and we know plans don't always go as expected. Because workshops and special events require advance planning and limited seating, registrations are non-refundable and credits cannot be issued for canceled reservations, missed attendance, or no-shows. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person with at least two business days' notice.
