I understand and agree that membership cancellations require thirty (30) days' notice. If I am cancelling before completing my current membership term, I understand that an early termination fee may apply in accordance with my Membership Agreement.*

I understand and agree that freeze requests require at least two (2) business days' notice. Freeze periods may be less than thirty (30) days; however, each approved freeze counts as one of my three (3) annual freezes, regardless of duration.*

I understand and agree that membership change requests require thirty (30) days' notice. Upgrade requests take effect with my next billing cycle. Downgrade requests take effect after my current membership term ends, in accordance with my Membership Agreement.*

I understand and agree that my membership cannot be cancelled while it is frozen. Any freeze period does not count toward my minimum membership term, which is based on payments made, not calendar months.*
