The Woods Yoga uses Momence as our booking platform.
To reserve a class, visit our class schedule and select the class you'd like to attend. Click Book Now and follow the prompts.
New to The Woods?
If you don't already have an account, you'll be prompted to create one. During setup, you'll complete a brief intake form and review and accept our waiver.
Already have an account?
Simply log in and proceed with booking your class.
Payment Information
All class reservations must be paid for in advance. During checkout, you may:

Age Requirement
All offerings at The Woods Yoga are restricted to ages 16 and older. Please enter your birthdate accurately when creating your account.
If your birthdate is missing or incorrect, you may receive an error when attempting to purchase or book. To update your birthdate, send a text message to (401) 812-2782 and include your correct date of birth.

The Woods Yoga uses Momence as our booking platform.
To reserve a sauna appointment, visit our appointment schedule and select your preferred time. Follow the prompts to complete your reservation.
All sauna sessions are semi-private. Our infrared saunas seat up to three people, though capacity is limited to two guests per sauna for comfort. Each sauna is equipped with two backrests, allowing one person to stretch out comfortably or two people to sit comfortably together.
Appointment times marked with an "*" indicate that another person is already scheduled at that time. This does not automatically mean you will be sharing a sauna. Our booking system fills both spots in one sauna before booking guests into the second sauna.
Communal sauna has been practiced for generations and is a normal part of sauna culture.

Sauna Etiquette
Bring your own white towel to sit on while inside sauna (required). White towels will prevent color from bleeding into the wood. We do not provide towel service but we do have them available for purchase.
Clothing must be worn at all times in the sauna. Wear yoga clothes, bathing suit, bathrobe, or other cover-up. Wear flip flops or slides anytime you are not in sauna. Bring a change of clothes for apres-sauna. We do not have showers. It is beneficial to allow the body to cool down naturally over a period of 30 minutes post sauna.
Avoid wearing perfumes, cologne, scented lotion or body oil. These products negatively affect the experience of those who sauna after you.
Arrive well hydrated. Drink at least 8 oz of water before and after sauna.
Bring a water bottle (metal is preferred). We have a complimentary fill-up station and we sell bottled water. Note: plastic and glass bottles are not permitted inside sauna. You may leave them outside of sauna. Drink at least 8 oz of water after sauna.
For health and safety reasons, sauna sessions are limited to one per day.

Follow the steps listed here.
You may cancel your reservation using the same method you used to make it.
Simply log in to your account and view your upcoming reservations. From there, you can cancel your class or sauna appointment yourself.
If you cancel and later change your mind, you may return to your account and rebook the reservation, provided space is still available.
Important
Cancellation requests submitted by phone, voicemail, text message, email, social media message, or in person will not be accepted. All cancellations must be completed through your Momence account.
The Woods Yoga has a 4-hour cancellation policy for both classes and sauna appointments.

Membership cancellation and freeze requests must be submitted using our Membership Change Form.

Membership cancellations and freezes are subject to the terms of your membership agreement, including any applicable notice periods and early termination fees.

Membership upgrade and downgrade requests must be submitted using our Membership Change Form.

Please note: If you purchase a new membership without submitting a Membership Change Form, the new membership will be added to your account and both memberships will remain active. Purchasing a new membership does not automatically cancel, upgrade, downgrade, or replace an existing membership.
All membership changes must be reviewed and processed by our team.
Requests submitted by phone, voicemail, text message, email, social media message, or in person will not be accepted.
If you are getting this error "Unfortunately you don't have access to this event, as it requires you to have an active subscription or pack", it may mean that you are not logged into your account. Click here to login.
If you have a membership or credits pack and you are properly logged in and still getting this error, it may mean that you have a duplicate account. Contact us to have your accounts merged. Send text to (401) 812-2782 with your name and preferred email address.
Alternatively, it could mean that your package has expired and you will need to pay for class. You can check your membership and pack history here.
If you are getting this error "Unfortunately you do not have access to this class. Please contact the host for more information", it may mean that we have an inaccurate birthdate on file. If you're getting this error, send text to (401) 812-2782 with your birthdate. The minimum age to participate in our offerings is 16.
If you're still having trouble, please reach out to customer service.
If you receive the following error message:
"Unfortunately you don't have access to this membership. Please contact the host for more information."
There are two common reasons:
1. The offer is restricted.
Some memberships, packages, and promotions are only available to specific groups of customers. If the offer is not available to your account, this message may appear.
2. Your birthdate may be incorrect or missing.
The Woods Yoga requires participants to be at least 16 years old. If we have an incorrect birthdate on file, the system may block the purchase.
To verify your birthdate, send a text message to (401) 812-2782 with your date of birth.
If you're still unable to complete your purchase, please contact Customer Service and we'll be happy to help.

Alternatively, you can ask the front desk to send you a password reset request via email. We suggest verifying the email we have on file for you.
In either case, be sure to check your spam folder for the reset email if you don't see it right away.
Note: If you forget your password, please do not create a new account. If you have already created a new account, please contact us to merge your accounts.
You can manage your payment methods via the dashboard in your Woods Yoga account on the momence platform, click here to login.
You can also bring your card to the front desk and we can update it for you.
It's possible that you created an account in momence instead of logging into momence using the email and password that you set up your Woods Yoga account with, and your account is not linked to The Woods as a host business.
To remedy this, click here and "purchase" the item labeled "LINK TO HOST" priced at $0. This will associate your account with The Woods and you will be able to view your passes and book classes.

We've curated some of the most commonly asked questions on this page. We hope it helps you feel confident and ready to give yoga a try!
If this is your first ever yoga class, we are honored to share it with you! All of our classes are designed to be accessible for everyone, including beginners. If you're nervous and not sure where to start, start with one of these classes: Balanced Vitality, Slow + Stretchy, Somatic Reset, YinYasa or Yin Yoga.
It's normal to be a little confused the first few times you take class. But with time and practice the shapes and cues will become familiar. We encourage you to try as many styles and teachers as possible. It sometimes takes a few tries for yoga to stick.
We offer a Yoga For Newbies class or series a few time a year, and while this is not a pre-requisite, it is a nice place to start if you don't know where to start.
We've got plenty of cubbies available for you to store your belongings during class.
To help keep the yoga room clean, uncluttered, and distraction-free, shoes, bags, and phones are not permitted in the yoga room.
Shoes are not permitted for sanitary reasons, as they track dirt, debris, and moisture onto surfaces where people sit, kneel, stretch, and practice barefoot. If you require supportive footwear for orthopedic or medical reasons, please let your instructor know. Clean, indoor-only shoes that are not worn outside are permitted as a reasonable accommodation.
Bags should be stored in the cubbies. Handbags, backpacks, shopping bags, and other personal items can create visual clutter, take up valuable floor space, and become obstacles during class. We work hard to create an environment that feels calm, spacious, and free from unnecessary distractions.
Phones should be left in your cubby, turned off, or left in your car whenever possible.
We do our best to maintain our policies and may occasionally remind students when needed, though we rely heavily on the cooperation and courtesy of our community to help preserve the experience for everyone.

Our Device-Free Policy
The Woods Yoga is a device-free studio.*
We ask that you leave your phone outside the yoga room whenever possible. If you leave your phone in a cubby, please make sure it is set to Do Not Disturb, with all ringers, alarms, and notifications silenced. Better yet, turn it off or leave it in your car.
For many people, class is one of the few opportunities to disconnect from emails, texts, social media, news, and the constant demands of daily life. We encourage you to use this time to unplug, be present, and give yourself a true break from the outside world.
We do our best to maintain a device-free environment and may occasionally remind students of our policy. That said, we rely heavily on the cooperation and courtesy of our community to help preserve the experience for everyone.
Exceptions
If you need to keep your phone nearby for medical, family, work, or emergency-related reasons, we completely understand. Please let the instructor know, keep your phone discreetly tucked away, and ensure it is set to Do Not Disturb.
We kindly ask that you refrain from active phone use in the yoga room before, during, and after class. If you need to make a call, send a message, check notifications, or otherwise actively use your phone, please step out to the lobby.
We highly recommend signing up in advance.
First-time visitors must complete an intake form and liability waiver before attending class. Reserving ahead of time allows you to complete these steps before you arrive and helps ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Popular classes can fill quickly, so booking in advance helps secure your spot and keeps your wellness a priority.
Advance reservations also allow us to notify you directly if there are any schedule changes, instructor substitutions, cancellations, or other important updates related to your class.
All reservations must be paid for in advance and are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Members and Intro Packers have priority booking privileges and may register for class up to 14 days in advance. Class Packers and Drop-In students may register for class up to 7 days in advance.
We understand that life happens. We appreciate your efforts to always try to arrive and be settled on your mat at least 5 minutes before class starts.
For the safety and security of our students and staff, we restrict late entry, at our discretion.
If class is waitlisted and you are late, your spot may be given to another person on the waitlist.
Please note: late arrivals are subject to our Cancellation Policy. If you know you are going to be late, please plan to attend a different class on the schedule.
If you need to cancel, please do so more than 4 hours ahead of class time to open your spot to another student. You can cancel your reservation the same way you made it, using the Momence app or The Woods Yoga website.
Cancellation requests made via email, telephone, direct message, etc. will not be accepted.

All purchases are considered final and are non-refundable.
This includes memberships, class packages, drop-in classes, sauna sessions, workshops, events, trainings, retail purchases, and gift cards unless otherwise required by law.
For classes and sauna appointments, eligible cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy will return the class or session credit to your account for future use. Refunds are not issued for canceled reservations.
Workshops, special events, and trainings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please refer to the specific event registration terms, if applicable.
Merchandise that is defective or damaged may be returned for studio credit within seven (7) days of purchase.
If you have questions about a specific purchase, please contact Customer Service.
All items that are left behind are placed in lost + found which is between the prop closet and the mirror in the cubby area. Items may be retrieved during our business hours. All unclaimed lost and found items will be disposed of/repurposed after 30 days. The Woods Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you are pregnant, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending class to determine whether yoga is appropriate for you and to discuss any modifications that may be necessary for your safety and the safety of your baby.
In general, many people continue practicing yoga during pregnancy if they had an established practice before becoming pregnant. If you are new to yoga and looking to begin a practice during pregnancy, prenatal yoga classes are often recommended as a starting point.
The Woods Yoga does not currently offer prenatal yoga classes. We're always happy to help point you toward local studios or providers that do.
Please note that our instructors are not certified prenatal yoga instructors and are not qualified to provide medical advice. It is your responsibility to obtain guidance from your healthcare provider regarding participation, limitations, and modifications appropriate for your pregnancy.
If you choose to attend class while pregnant, please let your instructor know before class begins.
The minimum age to attend class is 16. Students under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian; however, students aged 16+ may attend classes solo once the waiver is on file. Unattended children are not permitted in the studio lobby. Regular class rates apply for all ages.
No. Children may not be left unattended in the lobby, retail area, hallways, sauna area, or anywhere else in the studio while a parent or guardian attends class or a sauna session.
For the safety of the child, our staff, and our guests, all children must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
The Woods Yoga is not staffed or insured to provide childcare services, and our team members are not able to supervise children while working.
If childcare arrangements fall through or your child needs to accompany you, we kindly ask that you reschedule your class or sauna appointment for another time.
