Whether you're looking for an experience that will move, challenge, relax, or transform you, you're sure to find one you'll love!

We offer four primary class styles, with heated and non-heated options (most classes are HEATED). Choose from a variety of vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, meditation, and fitness classes. All of our classes are designed for all levels, so come exactly as you are and modify however you need. 

gentle yoga + guided meditation

Classes begin with slow paced movements to warm up the body and end with an extended period of relaxation which includes a guided meditation. Practices will be oriented towards rest and relaxation, as we let go of the day and transition towards sleep. Guided meditation is simply "meditation with the help of a guide". It’s one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, and it’s one of the most powerful ways to eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes. Well-suited for those with stress, anxiety or trouble sleeping. The room is slightly warmer than ambient temp.

kettlebell cardio

Brought to you by Anthony DiLuglio, one of America's top trainers, Kettlebell Cardio embodies the timeless concepts of physical culture: how to train for maximum functional strength, how to make the body more durable, more resilient, and less prone to injury. Kettlebell Cardio classes are ideal for the avid gym-goer, yoga enthusiast, person rehabbing from injury, professional athlete, or anyone with advanced training needs. This is a fun and energetic class where participants go at their own pace. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and you will be given a printed workout that you can take home and practice on your own.

power(ful) vinyasa

Simple, straightforward, sweaty and athletic. A full body workout that is without a doubt, accessible to beginners. YES! You can do Power(ful) Vinyasa! These classes are all about movement and the flow of energy as you sync the body and the mind together through motion and breath. Power(ful) Vinyasa embodies a yogic philosophy that in order to achieve true balance we must accept the change that happens around us, and embrace it. The room is heated to 85+ degrees.

slow & stretchy

A slow paced vinyasa style class that incorporates both gentle and challenging poses. A good fit for those who are newer to yoga, nursing injuries, or seeking a class with generous amounts of time to pause, adjust, and breathe. Some classes feature long, silent periods of reflection and static holds, while others lean toward more of a fluid experience (with possible bursts of energetic sequencing to build heat and move energy). Not to be mistaken as “easy” or “gentle”- Slow & Stretchy classes include plenty of room to build strength in the longer holds while emphasizing mindful movement and deep breathing. Well-suited for those with stress, anxiety or trouble sleeping. The room is slightly warmer than ambient temp.

strengthen & lengthen

Creative and intelligent sequencing that blends movement with stillness and conscious breathing. These vinyasa style classes are athletic, yet approachable and adjustable for all levels. The room is heated to 85+ degrees.

sunday over easy

Our signature class! Sunday Over Easy is an energetic and powerful class featuring breathwork, lots of movement, restorative stretches, and guided meditations. SOE is always an experience! The room is heated to 85+ degrees.

Featuring breathwork, meditation, somatic movements, joint mobility, and yin postures. YinYasa is an interwoven experience of dynamic movements and static holds. Yin and Yang are concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward. Participants may also wish to bring a bolster (or pillow), and blanket from home. All props are available for sale in our shop. The room is warmer than ambient temp.

Yin is a slow, passive style of yoga, done mostly on the floor in seated or lying-down postures. In Yin, poses are held for anywhere between one and 20 minutes. We come into the pose to a point where we feel significant resistance—our 'edge'—and stay there, calmly holding the pose and remaining still for the duration. Loaner blocks + straps are available. Participants may also wish to bring a bolster (or pillow), and blanket from home. All props are available for sale in our shop. The room is slightly warmer than ambient temp.
