Mindful Movement For KIDS

Introduce your child to the wonderful world of meditation! In this class, both parent AND child participate through movement, breathwork, and body awareness.

Class starts with everyone shaking out the sillies, moving freely and stretching. Once seated, we will practice deep belly-breathing and experience a few short guided meditations. These practices are simple enough for children to follow, and will leave children feeling calm, relaxed and peaceful in both their body and their mind.


Kids can benefit from a consistent meditation practice through:

Registration Tips:

  • Recommended ages 4-9

  • Parent AND child participate together

  • Registration fee includes one parent and one child. Additional parents and/or children may be added for a discounted fee

  • Wear comfortable clothing that is breathable and allows you to move freely

  • Bring one yoga mat for each participant

  • Class duration is 45 minutes, however one full hour is booked to accommodate incidental silliness

  • Capacity is limited, pre-registration is required

  • This event is non-refundable
