This Program Is Designed To:

  • Introduce you to yoga in a welcoming and non-intimidating environment

  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace

  • Cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility

  • Enhance body awareness and mindfulness

Tips For Enjoying This Series:

  • Duration: 60 minutes per session

  • Leave your phone outside

  • Bring a yoga mat and water

  • Wear comfy clothing that allows you to move freely

  • No previous yoga experience required

  • Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels

  • Week 1: Sat | April 20 | 1230pm

  • Week 2: Sat | April 27 | 1230pm

  • Week 3: Sat | May4 | 1230pm

  • Week 4: Sat | May 11 | 1230pm

  • Registration fee includes all 4 sessions

  • Pro-rated registration fee is not available
