Tai Chi Series

The Tai Chi Paradigm®, derived from Wu Style, is a systematic teaching method developed by Grandmaster Calvin Chin to improve functional movement and prevent age-related degeneration. Fundamental exercises and mindful practice implemented in this program foster the release of common habitual tension and rigidity. Eliminating those elements that affect our movement allows us to regain the ability to become agile, improve balance and coordination, and develop stability and strength; all of which contribute to fall prevention. The Tai Chi movements and patterns practiced in this program are the foundation of the body forms that build postures within the Tai Chi Paradigm® sequential form. Simple but effective in approach, this program is suitable for a very beginner, as well as those with prior experience.
