A very special event featuring guided meditation, healing, sound, music, movement, dance, breathwork, prayer, and community connection. 

Facilitated by Lauren Lombardo, this Soul & Sound Journey is a deeply immersive experience designed to support emotional release, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect you to your inner instincts.

We’ll begin with a soothing sound bath using quartz crystal bowls, native drums, and the sounds of nature to gently settle the body and calm the nervous system. Through guided meditation, you’ll be invited to connect with the energy of the Jaguar—an archetype associated with the West and the sacral chakra—symbolizing intuition, strength, and fearless self-exploration.

The experience will shift into somatic work—simple, intentional movements designed to help release stored tension and move energy through the body. This builds into light, expressive movement and shaking, creating space to let go, reset, and reconnect with a sense of freedom within yourself.

Throughout the experience, Lauren will offer hands-on energy work (for those who choose to receive), along with sound and vibration to support deeper release.
