A very special event featuring guided meditation, healing, sound, music, movement, dance, breathwork, prayer, and community connection. 

Facilitated by Lauren Lombardo, this Soul & Sound Journey is a deeply immersive experience designed to promote emotional release, support energetic clearing, and invite a sense of connection to something larger than yourself. Lauren weaves influences from her personal spiritual path—including Native American and Christian traditions—into a grounded, intentional session focused on internal exploration and release.

While participants rest in restorative postures, Lauren will provide hands-on energy healing for those who wish to receive it, offering specific sound and vibration for the area of the body each posture targets. She’ll incorporate a variety of instruments including rattles, a Buffalo drum, and sound bowls to support energetic movement and release. During this portion of the practice, Lauren will also guide a meditation journey to help participants bring awareness to stagnant energy and create space for shift and renewal.

We’ll begin by clearing and balancing the chakras with resonant quartz sound bowls and guided meditation. From there, participants are invited to journey inward—connecting with their breath, their body, and the deeper layers of their own awareness. The session culminates in movement and dance, encouraging energy to flow freely and creating a sense of joyful liberation.
