Service Description

Vinyasa classes invite exploration of yoga, and the body, mind, and spirit by broadening your exposure to a variety of yoga poses and their variations. Each class is unique and creatively sequenced by each instructor. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, using modifications or resting poses as needed. It’s a moderately vigorous class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner, and linking movement with the breath is a primary focus. Beginners are welcome and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex poses. No experience needed, but good body awareness is helpful. Morning Vinyasa classes honor individuals’ energetic levels earlier in the morning and will allow you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity. Evening Vinyasa classes are dialed down a notch honoring individuals’ energetic levels at the end of the day and will allow you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, move the body and burn off excess energy, and wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening.
