Gentle Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. The first half of class includes slow paced movements to warm up the body. The second half of class is an extended period of relaxation which includes a guided meditation.
Practices will be oriented towards rest and relaxation, as we let go of the day and transition towards sleep.
Blocks, blankets, meditation cushions (or bolsters) are recommended.
This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
