Four-Part Beginner Series

The Beginner Series is a great way to start your yoga practice. This four-part series introduces the fundamentals of a yoga practice in a safe, fun and engaging learning environment. Students will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques. This series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build confidence, strength and flexibility.

 

  • No experience necessary

  • Intensity: moderate

  • This is not a pre-requisite to attend other classes, just a nice place to start if you're at all timid about walking into a yoga class

  • Bring your own yoga mat or purchase one of ours

  • Wear comfortable clothing that is breathable and allows you to move freely
