Partner Massage + Mindfulness Workshop

Learn how to perform comfortable and relaxing massage on your partner!
 
Do you desire deeper connection, new opportunities for intimacy or to simply keep a good thing going? Come join us for an afternoon of mind-body relaxation exercises, hands-on massage demonstration, and soothing specialty teas! 

In this three hour Partner Massage + Mindfulness Workshop, you will be guided through a mind-body relaxation exercise releasing any body tension or source of distraction, placing you in a present and mindful state so you may best engage with your partner. You will then learn an upper- body massage sequence through a hands-on demonstration, as well as 1:1 support from your instructor, on how to give and receive massage, at a pace and pressure that is comfortable for the two of you! 

InstructorsKate Waters is a LMT, 200hr RYT and Reiki 1 certified. She has been practicing bodywork since 2010 and is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai techniques. Danielle Jadin is a Licensed Mental Health & Wellness Clinician (LICSW), with more than 15 years of experience.

  • The cost for this workshop includes enrollment for both participants of the couple.

  • All couples welcome!

  • Each couple will need to bring a yoga mat and two blankets.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that is breathable and allows you to move freely.

  • Registration fee: $175 per couple
