Discover the magic of yoga at The Woods and start your practice strong with our "Yoga for Newbies" program. In this 4-part series, you'll embark on a gentle and supportive exploration of yoga, perfect for beginners. Join us on the path to self-discovery and wellness and take your first step towards finding your inner balance. 

This Program Is Designed To:

👉 Build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace

👉 Cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility

👉 Enhance body awareness and mindfulness

Saturdays 1-2pm
Sept 21 - October 12

Duration: 60 minutes per session

Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels

No previous experience required

Bring a yoga mat + a (non-glass) water bottle

Wear comfy clothing that allows you to move freely

Leave your phone outside

The room is ambient temp

Registration fee includes all 4 sessions

Pro-rated registration is not available
