Discover the magic of yoga at The Woods and start your practice strong with our "Yoga for Newbies" class. In this 90-minute session, you'll embark on a gentle and supportive exploration of yoga, perfect for beginners. Join us on the path to self-discovery and wellness and take your first step towards finding your inner balance. 

This class is designed to:

  • Introduce you to yoga in a welcoming and non-intimidating environment

  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace

  • Cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility

  • Enhance body awareness and mindfulness

 

Class Details:

  • Duration: 90 minutes

  • Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels

  • Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing

  • No previous yoga experience required
